Production-specific permission
Expressing interest in an interview or campaign is not permission to record or publish. Recording, editing, distribution channels, rights, authorised spokesperson and permitted uses must be agreed separately for the actual production.
Approval before publication
Publication requires the agreed content approval and rights checks. ZETX must retain the approved version, approver and approval timestamp.
Changes or withdrawal requests
Discuss requests with ZETX before the relevant production or publication. Any limitations for already distributed material must be explained in the signed production agreement.
